Who we are looking for:
Current medical, NP, and PA students in good standing who are passionate about education, collaboration, and helping their classmates succeed.
The ChartRx Student Ambassador Program is currently accepting expressions of interest from students interested in supporting the ChartRx community at their university or program. Ambassador opportunities, benefits, eligibility requirements, and program terms are subject to final program guidelines. Submission of this form does not create an employment or independent contractor relationship or guarantee compensation or acceptance into the program.
